The celebration of the hundred and fifteen anniversary of Captain Cook’s arrival at Hawaii which will last a week began to-day with the arrival of Mr Dwight Davis, the United States Secretary for War, aboard the battleship Pennsylvania. There were aeroplane manoeuvres, artillery salutes and music of bands. The women delegates to the pan-Pacific Conference dine with the Governor, Wallace Farrington, tonight.
