Air William Brooks, ALL.A., president of tile Employers ’ Federation here announces that the first move to abolish compulsory arbitration and to substitute conciliation will take place in Ofcftdber, when a conference of the employers’ federations will be held. ALi Brooks expressed the opinion that the time had arrived for a settlement of industrial trouble® round the table. This view is shared by mast of the Labour leadei®.
