DAXXEVTRKE TOURNAMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DANNEVIRKE, Aug. 10. A feature of the Dannevirke golf tournament, which urns continued in glorious weather to-day, was Ivapi Ta reha's consistently brilliant form. He has done three rounds of 73 and one of 74. Goss, winner of the championship last year, was defeated in the sc.ond round by Fryer in the Southern Hawke’s Bay championship. In the semi-finals to-morrow morning river (Napier) meets Black (Wellington). and Green (Dannevirke) meets Tareha (Napier).
In the senior finals for the Dannccirke Handicap. MacGregor (Masterton, meets Sehlanders .(Wellington), and. Ma -kie (Woodville) meets Martin (Martinhoro). The finals will ho played tomorrow afternoon.
