MELLS DAIRY CO. ANNUAL MEETING.

(To the Editor.) Sir, —In the report of the above meeting appearing in your issue of Saturday it is stated that “a: recommendation was made to the directors by a supplier to change the firm with whom they were to do business and to send on consignment.” This is a quite erroneous impression, hut your reporter can quite well he excused in forming such from the remarks made by the chairman. The actual motion, moved by the supplier, was that' if 'onsigning was adhered to the output should go through the agents who have handled the produce (or part_ of it, as was* the case last year) during the past four years, including the year under the' Control Board, when they had Molls output allotted to them. That is the firm desired by the majority of the suppliers.—l am, etc.,

MELLS SUPPLIER. Mokoia, August 6.
