MORE TO GO IN CHINA. (Australian Press Association—United Service.) PEKING, Aug. 2. The Mayor of Hochikung has issued orders that within three weeks the pigtails of male Chinese must lie severed and that women under 30 must bob their hair and cease binding their I’c.et. Offenders will be fined.
