The Ri-va correspondent of “The Times’ s-avs: Marking the anniversary of Britain’s anniversary into the World War, the Soviet has issued an lnfianw matory manifesto wan n-ing the world against the League of Nations and Air Kellogg’s proposals as pacifist taik of the bourgeoise countries where the Governments thereof are striving to conceal war plans. It adds that it is possible to prevent international war only to' civil war. overthrowing the present Governments and by urging universal wa.r against the enemies of the Soviet. The musses must be predated for this at the shortest notice. Hundreds of Communist members of the Congress, in - twelve omnibuses, inspected the summer camp of the Red Array at Moscow. There was much singing a*S?l warlike speeches. The British Communist. Bell, urged them to concentrate in fighting the League of Nations, the Kellogg pact, and. inciting Imperialist soldiers to mutiny and to disorganise industry.
