The second round of the women’s golf championship produced a -sensation, Bliss Mona McLeod (Victoria) doing the course in 77, -equalling BfjssKay’s record yesterday. The latter could not reproduce yesterday’s form, and took 87 to get ronud. She was the only New Zealander to qualify for the match play starting on Tuesday. The leaders for the championship are Miss McLeod 159, Miss Kay 164.. Mrs. Gatehouse (Victoria) 165, Mrs. Barton (New South Wales) 167, Miss Tolhurse (Victoria) 167. Other New Zealand scores- are: Misses Payton 185, Stevens 189, Snodgrass 192.
