ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
FARMER FOUND DEAD
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) ASHBURTON, July 27. Alexander Stookdale, a farmer of Highbank, near Methven, was found dead on his farm this morning with a gunshot' wound in his head. A doublebarrelled gun was found alongside. He was a married man, aged about 50. He leaves a widow and a- grown-up family.
