VANCOUVER, July 25. As soon as Western Australia iis set-L. tied with British immigrants -under the plan almost completed, methods of handling wheat, the same as in Canada, will he adopted, according to a statement m'ade by the Minister of ~ Public Works, Mr MoCallum, who has sailed on the Niagara Avith his wife. “Our methods of handling wheat, ” he ■ said, “are not to he compared with the efficient Canadian way, for our methods are slow and expensive. I intend to recommend a 'change, although the bulk system such as you use needsv a great capital outlay.”
