The Federal Prime Minister, The Rt. Hon. S. M. Bruce has announced that the Government is not likely to take action to declare Mr. Theodore’s seat vacant as a result of the Lambert com-mission-findings as no speoifiic offence had l>een disclosed against the Electoral Act.
