ANOTHER FAfLURE JN PORTUGAL
(Australian Press ■ Association—United Service.) LONDON, July 21. Another attempt n't revolution. .in Potugal has come and gone. Lisbon, messages state that Captain Gonsalvesj "in charge of the garrison of the St. George fortress, declared a rebellion. Government forces attacked the rebels and an artillery duel continued the night long. The rebels succeeded in capturing the neighbouring guards’ barracks, but were foreed back and surrendered at 8.30 o ’clock this morning.
