Mr T. K. Si dev’s- Summer Time Bill is the shortest on record. Its operative c-i’anse. of one and a. half lines in extent, simply proposes to repeal that portion of the original Act which stated that sommi?r time shall operate- itiiffl September. 1928. and no longer unless Parliament otherwise determines.
