Received 9.50 p.m. to-dav. PARIS, July 19. On receipt of the order to suspend Tilden, Collum, the American representative, immediately summoned a conference o i players interested. The conference lasted far into the night, and Tilden emerged appearing very angry.. He said that once again the committee had falsely interpreted Ins motives. There was nothing objectionable in the first artic.e, but apparently the committee had changed its mind.
