DISSOLVED FOR THREE YEARS. KING AND MINISTERS TO GOVERN (Australian Press Association —United Service.) CAIRO, July 19. A Royal decree was issued this even, ing dissolving the Chamber and the Senate for three years. After the expiry of (that, period the Cabinet will decide regarding fresh elections. The Government in the meanwhile will be conducted in accordance with Article 28 of the constituting, providing that the King shall govern with the assistance of his Ministers. The article of the constitution referring to the freedom of the Press has been also suspended.
