Another step forward in the dairy industry of Central Taranaki was taken during last week, when the Toko branch' of the Farmers’ Union held a- meeting to discuss the formation of a herd-testing group (says the “Stratford Post”). Mr. G<uy * Bell, president of the Taranaki Herd Testing Association, addressed the meeting, and it was decided to form a group if sufficient support, was forthcoming.
