HON. O. F. NELSON’S EXILE
PRIIVY COUNCIL APPEAL
DISMISSED' BY JUDICIAL COMMITTEE.

LONDON, July 9. The Lord Chancellor, Viscount Dunedin, Viscount Sunnier, Barren Darling, and Lord Justice Atken as the judicial committee of the Privy Council dismissed the petition for special leave to appeal against the decision and deportation order of Sir George Richardson. The Han. iStaffqrd Crimps, for the petitioner, the Hon. O'. I. Nelson, denied that Mr Nelson had been concerned with the Mam organisation propaganda, and argued that M„r Nelson’s exile was • contrary to y al,l • established law and native justice. The committee did not oa'lli Mr W. A. Jowitty K. 0., who was appearing for the Crown asi the respondent.
