A communique announces that Signor Mus'S'olini, the Italian Dictator, _ and Dr. iSefpcl, Austrian Foreign Minister, recently exchanged messages in which the latter declared Austraia had always considered the province of Tyrol, previously Adige, as Italy's affair, and the inhabitants of Upper Adige should communicate solely with Rome. Responsible Austrian's had always been careful not to interfere with Italy ’s domestic policy, Dr. Scip.el added. * They had not participated in or encouraged anti-Italian demonstrations and would continue that attitude. Upon receiving this reply Signor Mussolini ordered the Italian Minister at Vienna to resume diplomatic relations.
