ALLEGED BRIBERY CHARGES. SYDNEY, June 25. The evidence has concluded before the Royal Commission inquiring into Mr. Lambert’s bribery charges, and counsel have commenced their addresses. The charges made by Mr. Lambert were that certain politicians had made payments to sitting members to vacate their seats.
