JpUBLIC Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by “The Rating- Act, 1925,” and by “The Counties Act, 1920,” and amendments thereto., it is the intention of the Council of the County of Hniweru at the Regular Meeting of the Council to be bold at the County Chambers 1 , Princes Street, Hawera,, on SATURDAY, JULY 7th, 1925, to make aimT"levy the following General Rates on the basis of the Capital Value of all rateable property within the respective Ridings of the County as follows: — HAWERA RIDING (outlying district), lid in the £. Such Rate shall be subject to a penalty of .10 -per cent, if not paid within six months and fourteen days from date of demand.
