At the Leichardt Stadium, McDonald (list 2Mb) technically knocked out Fred Brock (10st 121bs) in the tenth round of a 15 rounds contest. McDonald dropped Brock twice for nine and once for -six in the second round, the hell saving him. Thereafter McDonald had maitteas in his own ;ha.nds> and punished his opponent severely before, in the Moth round, dropping him with a heavy left to the jaw. the referee , stop ping tho ' nntest and declaring 'McDonald tho winner.
