HEADMASTER’S REPLY TO CORRESPONDENTS.

(To the Editor). Sir,—Both, ‘‘Rational’' and “A Feniiiih Rationalist” have made quite incorrect statements about boys being employed to carry firewood to my house or into- my private house ground®. I would suggest that-, instead of attacking' me in this anonymous manner it would have been more- honourable to have isieen me- personally. I can assure them that I -should have received them courteously and given due consideration to- any com-plaints they had to make. — 1 am, etc., F. A. BATES, Headmaster Hawera Main School.
