AMSTERDAM, May 29. TJie Hague Arbitration tribunal has delivered its verdict against Germany’s claim that she had been entitled, since 1924, to deduct from the Dawes annuities the value of German property liquidated or sequestrated by allied countries tinder the authority of the Treaty of Versailles. The British Empire was interested to the extent of £30,000,000.
