The home team is not looked upon as a particularly formidable side and despite the disadvantage which Maurice .Brownlie and his men will experience in that they will have had little opportunity of -stretching their legs after five AA'eeks at sea, the,All Blacks should be capable of holding the winning margin. New Zealand time being approximately 10 hours ahead of that of South Africa, three o’clock, Capetown time, on Wednesday afternoon Avill correspond Avith about one a.m. on Thursday in NeAv Zealand. AlloAving an hour and forty minutes for tlie period of play the game, if it commences at three o’clock in Capetown, Avail finish at about 2.40 a.m. Ncav Zealand time, and the bare result should be known in New Zealand between 2.45 and 3 a.m., or correspondingly earlier should the ball be set rolling at 2 o-r 2.30 p.m. / . The general desire for prompt information regarding the results of N the •matches- during the tour is being met by the Post and Telegraph Department, which ha-s made arrangements throughout Ncav Zealand whereby - the results will be available at telephone information bureaux. The -scores will be cabled to Wellington and telephoned from there to the various branch -offices, to be a Available on Thursdays at 8 a.m., and on Sundays at 5.30 a.m.
