SENTENCES AT AUCKLAND. I BY TEUBGBAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 AUCKLAND, May 28. At the Supreme- Court, a young man named John Fraser, for stealing a mare at Whakatane, was sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment. Christopher James White, for breaking and entering and theft at Hamilton ami C audelands railway Station, was given two years’ reformative detention. Wilfred Lowe, aged 23 years, for forgery and false pi-etenees, was sentenced to two years imprisonment.
