MOMENTOUS EFFECT ANTICIPATED. .UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—BY ELECTRIC TELEGRA PH—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN PRESS ASSOCIATION.' WASHINGTON, May 23. A momentous effect upon the Republican National Convention is likely to be the result of President Coolidge’s veto of the MeNary-Haugen Farm Relief Bill. Messrs.
