WAITED FOR THREE DAYS

(UNITED PhESS ASSOCIATION-BY ELECTIMC TELEGRAPH-COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Received May 23, 11.15 a.m. NEW YORK, May 22. A message from Mather states that the total known dead in the mine disaster is now 92. Hope is held for the ve.overy of some of the remaining 130 entombed men with the discovery of a miner named Erank Buosha, who was found sitting on a rail. “Where hare you been,” he asked, “I have been here three days now. If you had not come soon something would have choked me.” He had sufficient strength to leave the stretcher upon reaching the surface. Relief squads are working frantically in rescue operations.
