In ministi-ial circls it is stated that should such a transfer be accomplished the Government will reserve complete rights of control in a case of emergency. The Labour Party is pressing for a day to be a ranged early to discuss the matter. The Government will bring down an appropriate vote next week, but probabiy little will be revealed.
