WAVERLEY.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) D ANCE AT NG UTU WEE A. On Friday evening a dance was help in the Ngutuwera Hall, when a fair number oi couples assembled. The floor was in splendid order, which greatly added to the enjoyment, of the dancers. Music was supplied by Mrs. Murphy and extras were played by Miss Davies. Owing to counter attractions there were not as many couples present as usually attend this popular fixture. However, several ears from Waverley and. Waitotara. were well filled and those present were well repaid for the journey.
