The Vienna correspondent of the “Daily News” istates that 150,000 delegates to the Rumanian Peasants’ Party assembled at Alba Julia have revolted, demanding the resignation of the Prime Minister, M. Bratianu. The peasants’ leader, M. Meinin, has departed to- present the resolution to the regents personally. The peasant congress remain,, in session until the reply has been received. The movement is regarded as one or the most momentous in the Near East since the war. If it succeeds, Prince Caro I ,' will be recalled.
