DWELLING TOTALLY DESTROYED A fire occurred on Saturday on. the Hastings Road at a house occupied bv Mr L. Jurd. Discovery was made "by two of Mr Keight ley’s children, who informed their, brother, who » immediately went over but was unable to save anything owing to the intense heat. - . Inside half an hour the dwelling was razed to the ground with its contents. Mr and Mrs Jurd were in Hawera at the time. _ The house is owned by Mr J. C. V/right.
