One hundred and twelve results of the polling are .announced ns follows: Republicans, 36; Left Republicans, 19; Radical Republicans 7; Radical Socialists, 13; Republican Socialists, 13; Republican (Socialists, 8; Socialists 19; Communists, 10 (including 'Cachin and Doriot). iM. Painleve has been elected. The results of all second ballots except two show that iM. Poincare is assured of a substantial majority. The results are: Conservatives, 2; Republicans, 93; Left Republicans, 46; Radical Socialists, 94; Radicals, 47; Republican Socialists 35; Socialists, 87; Communists, 16. The result of the two ballots is that the Republicans have gained 41 seats, the Left Republicans 10, the Radicals 12, while the Radical Socialists have lost 20 seats and the Communists have lost 11.
