LONDON, April 29 Sir George Hume, M.P., is presenting to Parliament a Seditious or Blasphemous Teaching to Children Bill, aiming at the elimination of Communist Sunday Schools. It suggests imprisonment for four months or a fine 'of £SO or both, for persons convicted of soi teaching children under the age of sixteen, and other penalties for reading ox selling seditious or blasphemous documents to children. Sir George Hume says: “I want to prevent the teaching of the doctrine of hate instead of love.”.
