She arrived at Bulawayo yesterday from Livingstone, having made this stage despite an attack of influenza. She said that she had had a troublesome flight owing to' a strong wind. To-day she was due at Johannesburg, but did not arrive. - Some anxiety was felt, but. later Lady Bailey was reported to be safe. Shortage of petrol and oil had caused a forced descent in the northern Transvaal.
