INDUSTRIAL IDEALS.
CONFERENCE SPIRIT APPROVED. CHURCHMEN’S CONSIDERATION. [BY ‘TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, April 26. The spirit and .purpose of the Industrial Conference convened by. the -Premier has been commenced in a -report of the Sessional Committee on social service submitted to the Anglican Synod this morning. The report said it was a. welcome sign of a. growing disposition on all 1 ..side© to seek tor industrial peace. The committee desired to call attention to - the movement and urge all church people to carry out its ideals. Archdeacon Taylor (Christchurch) intimated his intention to move that Synod rejoices at the growing disposition to eeek industrial peace through the coming together in conference of employees and employer's, and urges the people to study tire report of tfihie conference and seek to impart into all: industrial relationship Hie spirit andl ideals expressed by conference.
