The steamer Gale remained at anchor a few miles diown the coast last night and the Wanganui Harbour Board’s tug which went out to stand 'by in case of emergency this morning took the Gale in .tow'and is now proceeding to Wellington. WELLINGTON, April .21. A radio message has been received that the tug Terawhiti took the steamer Gale in tow again about midnight and expect to arrive at- between four and five o ’clock this afternoon. WANGANUI, April 21. Anxiety is felt in Wanganui regarding the tug Terawhiti, which ha® not been sighted since last night and no wireles® communication's have been received by vessels here. The last messeago received from the Terawhiti at four o’clock yesterday afternoon, reporting all O.K. The Terawhiti never took the Gale in tow at any stage of the night.
