Shipowners approached the Arbitration Court to-day asking that .smnmoiiKes 1 w issued requiring officials of the Marino Cooks’ Union of Sydney an d Moll :ourno to appear before the court on Friday. The owners’ application asks for the determination of the award and the insertion of a clause prohibiting m«mIvers of the Cooks’ Union taking part and also for the suspension of Ihe award if meinhors of the Marine Cooks’ Pnion join any strike.
