DAIRY PRODUCE.

BUTTER EXHIBITS IN SYDNEY. Never before has the dairy produce section of the Royal show excited ,so much interest, says the Sydney “Morning Herald.” The butter section, with its 55S entries, is claimed to form the largest exhibition of its kind in the world, a notable achievement, made possible by the splendid response of butter mamiaeturers from the three great butter producing States of the Commonwealth to the invitation of the society to compete in the unique export classes provided by the Orient S.N. Co. Ltd., to mark its jubilee. There are (ii exhibits in the Orient Line export butter (salted) class, while in the unsalted export class 65 factories are competing. One box from each competing factory is being exhibited at the show .and another box is being forwarded to London. Points for both judging in Sydney and London will be added together, and factories receiving the highest aggregate points will gam the awards accordingly.
