+ THE KAPONGA CLUB Competition games were concluded for the 1928 season on Tuesday last when the section A button passed into Mrs A. V. Tail’s keeping. The previous holder, Mrs A. G. Hawkins, was not playing. The section B button was annexed by Mrs R. E. Williams. Mrs •!. 11. Bentley was the immediate previous holder. It has been definitely decided tc officially close the lawns on April 2(3 tiro ugh friendly games and practices may be continued for so long as the lawns and weather conditions are favourable.
