The Riga - correspondent of “The Times*’ states ' that it is ‘ announced fiom Moscow that serious economic disci dims have occurred at Dnierprop.et'iovsk (formerly.. Ekaterinoslav), involving the mismanagement of foreign machines'. ' The offences, are similar to the Donets incidents. Tins amangeinent of the Dnierpropetrovsk works- made a doctor director of the timber department. Arrests followed. The Soviet dissolved the local Conummist Bureau at Donetz and dismissed nine official* for incompetence.
