The death Is reported by Press Association message from Blenheim of Mr Samuel Munson Neville, a sheep fanner of Marlborough, and a leading agriculturist and pastoralist. He figured prominently in the history of the development of North Canterbury, Nelson and Marlborough and took an active part in the affairs of the community to which he rendered excellent sendee. His record in local Government circles is an exceptionally fine one. He was 81 years of age.
