FRENCH SAILORS ARRESTED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 9.45 a.in. to-day. LONDON, April 3. The Paris correspondent of “Hie Limes” reports that seven sailors from the cruiser Mulhouse have been arrested on charges of disseminating Communist propaganda in navy. They had also been charged with illegally possessing firearms. The result was obtained by corresponding with the Communist agitator, M. Croquet, who secured the arrested men’s names through a personal advertisement. —‘ ‘Times’ ’
