ON NEW YORK EXCHANGE STOCK REACHES HIGH PRICES 3Y CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received 11.45 a.m. to-day. NEW YORK, March 26. The Stock Exchange again broke all records, with total sales amounting to 4,245,500 shares, surpassing the record made earlier this month. 'Speculators sent an enormous week-end accumulation of buying orders into the market, whirling prices of several leaders into new High levels. General Motors again led the procession, with more than half a million shares of that stock alone 'changing hands within five hours and selling for the now high level of two hundred dollars per share at height of trading. /Shortly before the close practically the whole market followed an upward trend.
