The “Daily Mail’s” Warsaw correspondent states: Vilna reports a mysterious attempt to poison the population of Minsk by selling three hundred casks of arsenieised pickled cucumbers, resulting in hundreds of victims in one day. The authorities, through cinemas threatres and restaurants, notified the public to esichew cucumbers. They arrested Kozdan. 'Sellers of several, casks compelled him to eat one of his own cucumbers, making him seriously ill. The affair is reported to Le a terroristic act of the Soviet, a pretext to further wholesale arrests of white Russians.—“Sydney Sun” cable.
