TRAWLER NOT IN DISTRESS. I bv TELEGRAPH - press association.) WELLINGTON, March 15. The trawler James Cosgrove arrived this morning. The officers state that there was no ground whatever for the reports that she was in distress on the east coast. The probable explanation was that resident's unfamiliar with trawling mistook the fact that she was doing -so for a breakdown. SMALL DAMAGES AWARDED. CHRISTCHURCH, March 15.
