Mr. Justice lUnir sentenced \V alter Thomas Bunting to 18 months’ reformative treatment lor cattle stealing. Bunting had f ought cattle from Frank Rose, ostensibly" for a client named McCray, who did not exist, and he sold the cattle on his own account The Judge rejected a request of the defence to refer to the Appeal Court the question whether the charge should he one of false pretences.
