LA PEROUSE MULDER CASE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION -COPY RIG H'l Received 10.10 a.in. to-day. SYDNEY. March 15. The Attorney-General has reiused to file a bill against William Beaton in connection with the La Rerouse minder case.

Following on. the receipt of an anonymous letter, the police in December last arrested William .Beaton on a charge of murdering a man named Stratton at La Perouse, in July, 1913. Stratton's death caused a sensation at the time, a bullet wound being discovered in the back a number of hours alter the body had been found.
