(From Our Own Correspondent.) Last Wednesday Meremere school accompanied Ohangai in a trip to Ngaere Gardens for a picnic. A good muster of adults was present from both districts and the outing proved enjoyable to all. TENNIS. On Saturday, Alton tennis club paid a return visit in a match against our team Again they proved too strong hy defeating Meremere by 19 sets to 5.
