The final returns gives the Pilsudski party 128 seats out of 444. Assuming the support of the fifty-six of the national minorities’ block, plus the general support of seventy-three Socialists, it is thought that Marshal Pilsudski will be able to carry out a constitutional government instead of a dictatorship. An earlier message stated that the general elections have resulted in a. deisive victory for the Government of which Marshal J. Pilsudski is head. Its constitution is very Liberal.
