STOCK DAMAGED BY FIRE. (by telegraph—press association.J AUCKLAND. Feo. 28. Fire in the of Hart Bros., Ltd., Queen Street-, at 10 o’clock lasts night caused damage amounting to several hundred pounds to the stock of clothing, fancy goods, haberdashery, toys, etc. The building was not damaged. ■ Clouds of -smoke, the interruption of the electric light circuit, and the proximity of the'fire caused an early terminat'on of the session at the St-rand Picture Theatre, though at no time was there any danger from fire.
