VISITED BY KING AND QUEEN. BY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION -COPYIIIGHT LONDON, Feb. 21. The King and the Queen and the Rt. Hon, L. C. M. S. Amery visited the Industries Fair, and were greatly interested in the Australian and New Zealand exhibits. KING’S INTEREST IN DOMINION PRODUCTS. LONDON, Feb. 21. The Queen and Princess Mary only passed through the Marketing Board’s section at the fair, but the King spent a considerable time inspecting the various Dominions’ displays. He particular y noticed Australia's wine exhibits and was impressed when he was told that the imports had increased tenfold in a five-yearly period. He also noticed the* dried fruits, and said he Wae very pleased to hear that they were taking a prominent place in the English markets . At the New Zealand display he said: “So this is New' Zealand butter; it is a very line show.” Hu asked how long it lasted after being unloaded, and was told that it did not contain preservatives. He was also very intereisted in a wax model of lamb carcases,, which had deceived even butchers.
